Pre Order

Customers are welcome to pre purchase upcoming styles displaying the “pre-order” button. To place a pre-order the total purchase price of the chosen item (s) is required. If necessary, the customer has the right to exchange the product (s) for an alternative option or store credit up to 7 days after the delivery period.

All styles are estimated to arrive in store before July 30th, with many styles arriving well before this date. We will endeavour to keep all pre-order customers informed of estimated delivery dates for their selected purchases via email.

To cancel a pre order please contact info@eugenie.co.nz for assistance, we will issue a credit note for the full amount (not including vouchers) which is valid for 6 months. Cancellations can be made at any point before delivery.

If in the event that our pre-order demand exceeds our fabric availability we reserve the right to halt sales on relevant styles. In this case pre-order availability will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit. We will accept returns on full price items for any reason and a store credit will be issued. To be eligible for store credit contact must be made with info@eugeniestore.co.nz indicating your desire to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your garments. This store credit will be valid for 90 days, after which it will expire. The store credit can be used to purchase any item from the Eugénie online store, or from the Eugénie retail store, including sale items.

You must return your item within fourteen (14) days of receiving it. It must be returned to us in a brand new, with tags condition in its original box. It must not be worn, washed, or have the tags removed to be eligible for store credit. The cost of return shipping of garments is at your expense. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for therefore we recommend tracked shipping.

We are more than happy to offer you a refund, or store-credit for faulty items. Faulty items must be sent back to Eugénie, where we will approve the fault before issuing a credit or refund. Faulty items must be sent back to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving them, accompanied by a return form. Please contact us should you require this form at info@eugenie.co.nz

Store credit

To use your store credit simply enter the credit code you have been sent at the checkout. This will allow you to pay for the entire order, or provide a part-payment if your credit does not cover the whole cost of the order. The remaining balance of the order can be paid by our usual payment methods.


Every effort is made to make sure that garment measurements are listed as accurately as possible, in the unfortunate event of an error on our part we will happily exchange your garment once it is returned for the correct size, or if your size is not available we will offer you a store credit. If you are in doubt about the sizing or fit of a garment please contact us for more detailed measurements or recommendations. Returns of this nature will be subject to the terms outlined above in ‘returns’.


When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. We make every effort to adhere to online security and privacy law and will store this information in a safe and secure way.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Modifications to The Service And Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
